William Franklin Waugh

William Franklin Waugh, age 63, of Marion passed away late Monday evening at Marion General Hospital. He was born in Marion on November 16, 1951, the son of the late Hazel (Edwards) Waugh and Glendon Waugh. Surviving are his son; Gary Waugh of Bellville, his daughter; Angela Bryant of Marion, 2 brothers; George Waugh of Edison and Gerald Waugh of Marion, his sister; Betty Blair of Marion, 4 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother; Gary Waugh. In keeping with his family's wishes, there will be no services scheduled.
