William Harold Jeffrey

William Harold Jeffrey, age 55 of Marion passed away on Wednesday, September 9th, 2020 at 4:23 p.m. at Marion General Hospital.

William was born on March 2nd, 1965 in Tampa, Florida, Son of James and Rosemary (Hunter) Jeffrey. He was a graduate of Harding High. On November 3rd,1995, William was united in marriage to Tonya Lynn Crabtree. The couple has made their home in Dunkirk,Ohio, Tennessee, and Marion, Ohio. The couple had no children but had 23 nieces and nephews, as well as 27 great nieces and nephews that they took care of as their own.

William was a loving and kind person to everyone when needed but could be very stubborn as well. “Uncle Bull’s” was where every niece and nephew wanted to hang out at. He loved to crack jokes and laugh with everyone. Loved to fish and just go on trips or drive with his wife, Tonya. He was an auto mechanic by trade and a truck driver by choice. He would love to tell all about his adventures in the different states he went to. He dabbled in the art of tattooing, he was an excellent drawer. He had a few pieces at display at the fairs and art shows. His favorite music was old school rock, old country, blue grass, Jefferson StarShip, Boston, and Merl Haggard.

He will be missed by his loving wife, Tonya, His sisters Sandra Jeffrey, Diane and Darlene Jones, and his brothers Tracy Jeffrey and James Jeffrey Jr. As well as, his adopted son, Axel James Jeffrey, and all 23 nieces and nephews, & 27 great nieces and nephews.

William was proceeded in death by his father, James Jeffrey Sr., and his mother, Rosemary (Hunter) Jeffrey and his nephew, Matthew Perry Hill Jr.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday September 22, 2020 at Edwards Funeral Service 318 Mt. Vernon Ave, Marion, OH 43302 from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM, service will follow at 2:00 PM.
