Thomas Allen Middleton

Thomas Allen Middleton, age 46, of Marion passed away August 13, 2015 in Marion General Hospital. He was born in Kenton, Ohio on June 26, 1969 to the late Lloyd Rankin and Lulabelle Middleton who survives in Marion. Thomas attended Indian Lake High School and enjoyed working on cars, fishing and listening to music. Surviving are his son; Dustin Blevins and his two daughters; Cassey Blevins and Maranda Hetrick, all of Marion, the mother of his children; Tonya Keese, two brothers; Jimmie (Sonya) Rankin and Mitchell Rankin (Cathrine Cochran), two sisters; Cindy Adkins (Jamey Edwards) and Wendy Brutchey, 2 grandchildren and numerous other family members. If desired, memorial contributions in his name may be sent directly to the funeral home to help his family with expenses. A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
