Thelma Pauline Harmon, age 94, passed away Sunday, November 27, 2022, at Marion General Hospital. She was born on August 29, 1928, in Mt. Gilead, OH to the late Herbert and Ethel (Kehrwrecker) Harden.
She loved to do crafts, drawing, painting, and sewing. She loved to help others any way she could. She volunteered at her church; she would dress up as a clown when needed for church activities.
She is survived by her son James T. (Carol) Harmon, and daughters Henrietta Pond of Marion, and Kristy (Gregory) Reed of Kenton. She is survived by her brother Herbert Harden of Galion She is survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great, great grandchildren. Thelma is also survived by her companion of twenty plus years Sylvester Contreas. She is preceded in death by her two brothers, three sisters, three daughters, several grandchildren, and her husband Ora James Harmon.
Thelma had a strong belief in God, as her children were growing up, she instilled that belief in them, so they would all meet up in Heaven one day.
