Ralph Edward Moore

Ralph E. Moore was born at home in Claibourne Township, Union County on February 22, 1942 to Harry Ernest and Wilda Moore. He attended Richwood High School and enlisted in the US Army and was stationed in Germany during the Berlin Crisis. He married Donna Marie Doyle December 5th 1964 at St. Joseph Catholic Church and celebrated their 55th anniversary. He was the owner of Moore Appliance Service for over 45 years and was well known in the business communities. He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, and twin grandsons. He is survived by two sons; Darin E., Bradley D.; daughter Amy Jo (Shaun) of Tiffin. Five grandchildren; Dustin, Chelsea, Brodie, Adison, and Danica. Two Great-grandchildren; Gracelyn and Hudson James. He was honorably discharged from the US Army and was a member of the American Legion. He especially enjoyed the farm riding his tractor, caring for his horses, and his loyal companion Sarge, his dog. Contributions may be made to Wounded Warrior Fund and/or the American Legion. Cremation services by Edwards Funeral Service were performed with a celebration of life at a later date.
