Lynda LaVern Byers

Lynda LaVern Byers, age 65, of Cardington passed away Thursday, August 27, 2015 at Morrow County Hospital. She was born in Marion on December 17, 1949 to William and Elizabeth (Wilkins) Swearingen. Lynda had been a homemaker and leaves behind her husband; James Byers of Cardington whom she married on December 5, 1987, her son; Kevin Swearingen of Cardington, her brother; William (Cindy Wood) Swearingen and her sister; Sharon Holsinger of Marion, granddaughters; Shai Rae (Jason Hoover) Cordova of Delaware and Daisy Primmer of Marion, grandson; David James Swearingen, great-granddaughter; Sophia Hoover and nieces; Bobbie Swearingen, Tammy (Dan) Damron, Amy (Jason Crider) Holsinger and a nephew; Harold Holsinger Jr. She was preceded in death by a son; David Primmer, a brother; Robert Vaughn and a brother-in-law; Harold Holsinger. In keeping with Lynda's wishes, she has been cremated and services will be observed privately by her family. If desired, contributions in Lynda's memory may be made directly to the funeral home to assist her family with expenses.
