Joyce Ann Aldrich

Joyce Ann Aldrich, of Marion, Ohio, passed away peacefully on September 6, 2024.

She was born on July 20, 1956 to Glen and Joann Combs in Delaware. She graduated from Harding Business College with an Associate’s degree in Finance. She was very proud of her 4.0 and was at the top of her class.

Joyce and Rex were together for 25 years. They loved to play cards together, watch movies, and play video games. They watched everything together, from NASCAR to golf. They were good life partners, good friends, and soul mates.

She belonged to AMVETS 138 due to her father having served in Korea. She played euchre, poker, and any kind of gambling. Joyce loved being around family and friends. She was a kind, loving, and strong woman.

Joyce is preceded in death by her parents; her daughter, Julie Ann Aldrich; and brother, Danny Combs.

She is survived by daughter, Candy Sue Porter; husband, Rex Spriggs; step-father, David Geyer; son, Cory (Ashley) Spriggs; daughter, Tiffiny (Larry) Harmon; brother Richard Combs; 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; a great-great grandchild; and many friends.
