Helen Faye Huggins

Helen Huggins passed away peacefully at home on February 20, 2025. She born on May 12, 1944, to Leonard and Isabelle (Christian) Wilson in Marion, Ohio.

On January 4, 1963, she married Carl “Bud” Huggins. She retired from Marion General Hospital.

Helen was a devoted mother and grandmother to all who entered her home. She enjoyed playing bingo, watching “Murder She Wrote”, and planting flowers in her yard.

Helen is preceded in death by parents Leonard and Isabelle Wilson, her husband Carl Huggins, her brothers David, Robert, Freddrick, and Leonard “Dale” Wilson, and her sisters Rose Mary Wilson and Betty (Gary) Mitchell.

She is survived by her brother James (Cindy) Wilson, her best friend and cousin Connie Simmons, her children Carl, Timothy, Betty Jo, Patricia Huggins, and Doreena (Gary) Huggins Combs, her grandchildren Rocky, Candice, Little Eddie, Ashlee, Roxanne, Randi, Toni, Kristen, Aaron, and Jayson, 22 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
