Gary Daniel Justice, Sr.

Gary Daniel Justice Sr., 58, of Marion, Ohio passed away suddenly on February 23, 2025.

He was born on March 26, 1966 to Corbin and Flossie Justice in Circleville, Ohio.

He was a sweet and wonderful man with a great sense of humor. Everybody who met Gary loved him, and he always stuck up for anyone. He loved riding his Harley motorcycle, and he liked old cars and trucks. His favorites were El Caminos. He loved to do everything with his family, and never missed his daily phone calls checking in on everyone. He was the “carrier pigeon” for the family, carrying messages back and forth and keeping everyone together. More than anything, he loved his sister-in-law’s cheese ball recipe and his sister’s cookies. 

Gary is preceded in death by his parents Corbin and Flossie Justice; grandparents Beckham Banks and Ivory Pearl; grandfather Corbin Justice Sr.; and stepfather James Mace.

He is survived by his children Joshua Justice, Gary Daniel Justice Jr., Cody Justice, and Allie Justice; siblings Lisa Justice and Chris (Brenda) Justice; three grandchildren; stepdaughters Rachel Slay and Illianna Slay; nieces and nephews Amanda Young, Dustin Lambert, Steven Tyree Jr., Ashley Spriggs and Treigh Justice; and many friends.
