Charles Lester Dunnigan

Charles Lester Dunnigan, age 78, of Marion passed away early Saturday morning at his home following an extended illness. Born in Dayton, Ohio on January 13, 1938 to Charles and Rosalie (Bowman) Dunnigan, he married the former Nancy Lee Roberts and she survives at home. Charles was proud to have served his country in the United States Navy and had been an electrical-mechanical technician during his working years and was a member of VFW Post #7201 and Emanuel Lutheran Church. He was preceded in death by two sisters and one brother. Surviving along with his wife is a son; Tim Oldham. Military honors will be observed at a private service in Marion Cemetery at a later date.
