Arlene "April" Ward

Our dear mother, April Ward, sadly passed away on Saturday October 15th at the age of 54. April was a 1987 graduate of Harding High School. She also worked at Big Lots for many years. She loved her “purple beast” a 1968 Plymouth Satellite and spending time with family and friends. Her favorite though was going on vacation with her children and grandchildren.

She is survived by her three kids, Amber, Felicia, and Russell Smith (Brittany Smith). Her three grandkids’ Lucas, Noah, and Owen White and another one on the way. Also, survived by her mother Thelma Ward, sister Evelyn Partlow, brother Russell Ward (Mary Dunn) and many friends that have become like family.

She is preceded in death by her dad, John Ward.

Visitation and funeral will be held Friday October 21st at Edwards Funeral Service from 12pm-2pm with burial to follow in the Price Cemetery.
